What working together looks like

  1. Share Your Vision

To get started, you can submit a request form with a few details about your project:

    • Desired size
    • Preferred material (such as canvas, wood, or cardstock for drawings)
    • Medium (acrylic paint or pencil crayon)
    • Subject matter (feel free to describe it or share a reference photo, like a landscape or floral bouquet)

If you aren't sure about some of these details yet, that's completely fine! Just share what you can, and we can figure out the rest together.

  2. Consultation & Pricing

Once I review your form, I will arrange a call with you to ensure I understand what you are looking for and discuss pricing. During this stage, I'll also create a rough digital mockup if we don't have a clear reference photo to work from.

  3. Timeline & Deposit

Next, we will agree on a timeline and your preferred delivery method. (Please note that shipping or delivery is calculated as a separate charge from the artwork itself.) If you're ready to move forward, a 30% deposit is required to cover the cost of materials so I can begin crafting your piece.

  4. Creation & Delivery

With the details locked in, I will begin creating! Once the artwork is complete, the remaining balance will be due, and we will arrange the hand-off.

Example process

  1. Watercolour print of a stack of classic books (the customer's existing artwork)

    Step 1

My customer had a print that she wanted to hang in her office, and wanted a custom floral piece to complement it in the space.

  2. Digital floral mockup on an iPad, shown beside the book print

    Step 2

Because there wasn't a reference photo, I created the composition and colour palette on my iPad to use as a reference during the painting process.

  3. Finished digital mockup of a muted floral bouquet with a bee

    Step 3

    My customer approved the design.

  4. Nicole holding the finished acrylic floral painting

    Step 4

I brought it to life using acrylic paint.
